We are seeking experienced and passionate Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Castle Hill NSW. We are currently seeking two casual Support Workers to join our team. One position is available within our Learning & Lifestyle Program while the other is focused on Community Access & InHome Support.
What Youll Do:
- Helping people achieve their NDIS goals by developing daily skills such as housekeeping personal care social skills and budgeting.
- Assisting with personal care as required meal planning cooking light cleaning and facilitating community connections.
- Supporting daily activities such as going for walks attending movies or accompanying appointments.

What We Look For:
- Preferred but not essential: Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability).
- Experience and empathy in providing highquality support in a SIL environment or with complex disabilities while fostering independence for clients.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days evenings early mornings weekends and sleepovers.
- Physical capability for manual handling tasks.
- Commitment to privacy and confidentiality.
Required Clearances:
Willing to obtain
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card).
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work).
- Open Drivers License with comprehensive insurance.
