Are you an outdoorsy active person who loves working with people Want to spend your summer by the water helping visitors have fun and stay safe
Were looking for Watersports Visitor Assistants to join our team at Alton Water for the 2025 spring and summer season. From hiring out paddleboards to setting up equipment and helping with safety briefings this is a dynamic active role where no two days are the same.
What Youll Be Doing
Assisting visitors with watersports bookings equipment and safety gear
Supporting the safe launch and return of equipment such as kayaks SUPs and pedalos
Delivering clear safety instructions and helping with basic visitor briefings
Providing excellent customer service and answering visitor queries
Helping maintain clean safe and organised waterfront and visitor areas
What Were Looking For
Were after team players who are:
Friendly approachable and customerfocused
Confident working outdoors and around water
Comfortable giving safety briefings and instructions
Enthusiastic and ready to help wherever needed
Reliable and flexible in a fastpaced environment
Watersports experience or qualifications e.g. paddlesports first aid lifeguarding) are a big plusbut not essential. Full training is provided!
