Were looking for a results oriented Sales Account Manager for our key Large Customer Sales (LCS) accounts who is passionate about partnering with our advertisers educating them and helping to solve ambiguous business problems.
As a Sales Account Manager you manage and deliver against complex advertiser goals and problems to drive revenue and exceed revenue targets. You nurture customer relationships and create revenue opportunities from the advertisers you own. Youll not only dive deep into data to understand trends but also communicate the why behind results and make actionable recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. Additionally youll be able to leverage Amazons proprietary data to provide strategic and personalized recommendations influencing both your internal team and your external customer to facilitate them reaching their business goals. This role is highly collaborative working with Creative Product and Retail partners and will drive process improvement to gain efficiency and foster collaboration. The Sales Account Managers strategic digital expertise and influence is considered critical to unlocking greater value and impact for our advertisers.
As Account Manager you will:
Become an expert on Amazon solutions understand our advertisers needs and consult them with insights and recommendations to achieve greater results on Amazon
Be holistic in your recommendations including Video & Display Ads Sponsored Ads and Retail insights to demonstrate how they are working together to achieve advertisers goal on and off Amazon
Leverage your mastery of media and communications to develop winning brand and media strategies for growth
Exhibit deep analytical ability and link local market performance and insights to optimize advertiser performance that fulfills advertiser goals
Monitor performance of DSP & SpAds accounts across verticals and drive onetomany activities to improve performance
Leverage Amazons data and your understanding of our advertising customers business to provide guidance to Csuite marketing leaders via business reviews and frequent inperson client sessions to regularly iterate on and articulate a brands strategy
5 years relevant experience in a client facing role including but not limited to sales digital marketing media agency etc.
Proven track record of delivering results (including revenue targets) and significantly contributing to revenue growth
Media planning & brand planning capabilities
Success in optimizing products and services based on client needs
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PPT
Demonstrated success working with crossfunctional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally
Excellent organizational relationshipbuilding and communication (written and verbal) skills
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
Digital advertising experience and understanding of related ad specifications file formats and technologies
Selfdirected goaloriented and flexible enjoying working in a fastpaced and at times ambiguous environment
