Job Description

The primary role of a Product Manager Technical Products External Services MBA (PMTES MBA) within Amazon Web Services is to assume endtoend product ownership over one of our technical product offerings. PMTES are expected to dive deep into the technology both from a product and customer perspective working with software engineers and business partners to define build launch and grow new technologydriven products and services. These products might be hardware offerings software or technical services and customers often include developers IT departments or enterprise CIOs.
We are growing rapidly and seeking a PMTES MBAs with experience building internet scale platforms. We are looking for technical product leaders who will define own and drive the delivery and adoption of new services capabilities and user experiences which enable customers of all sizes to easily and efficiently scale their businesses.

Key job responsibilities
Build services that technical endcustomers can trust to run their workloads
Engage with customers throughout the entire product lifecycle
Ability to build strong technical product marketing and pricing strategies early on in the customer engagement cycle to drive product awareness
Define and drive creative detailed product definition of new capabilities
Engage with customers through a variety of channels to understand their needs and serve as their advocate
Manage prioritization and tradeoffs among customer experience performance and operational load
Work closely with engineering teams and UX to deliver products to market
MBA or equivalent Masters degree program with a graduation conferral date between May 2023 and September 2025
Completed or pursuing a degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline and/or relevant industry experience working within technology teams
3 years of relevant professional or military work experience which occurred after completing your undergraduate program and prior to starting your MBA or masters program
Able to discuss a variety of architectures and systems used by their customers
Experience working with external enterprises
Experience owning technical product lifecycle including product roadmap and feature prioritization
Experience working with SaaS PaaS or IaaS product feature or service

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $137000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $236800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
