To support our growth were looking for a hands-on and structured Operations Manager who will take ownership of our day-to-day operations and drive operational excellence across the company.
Tasks
- Own and manage the execution of daily operational tasks across multiple workflows
- Be the central coordinator between guests customers and internal teams
- Track and follow up on requests ensuring everything moves forward without delays
- Maintain a clear overview of all ongoing operations and flag blockers before they become problems
- Help build smooth scalable internal processes that improve how we work
- Support internal documentation process clean-ups and operational reporting
Requirements
- A structured organized way of working and high attention to detail
- Youre reliable proactive and always a few steps ahead
- You communicate with clarity and confidence in writing and in person
- Youre comfortable operating in fast-moving ambiguous environments
- You know how to juggle several moving pieces without losing focus or quality
- You bring a strong sense of ownership even if youre not in a leadership role
- Strong German communication skills are essential.
- Bonus if you have experience working in start-ups similar fast-growing environments or in the hospitality industry
