Job Description

Job Title: Senior Solution Architect

Location: Local Remote Must live within DMV

Clearance: Must possess a SECRET Clearance (at minimum)

Citizenship: US citizenship

Compensation:$150000 $180000; compensation based on years of relevant work experience educational background and related skillset

AttainX Inc. is in search of a Senior Solution Architect who will lead the modernization software analysis design and enhancement support efforts for existing websites and associated web applications. Designs and implements scalable secure and highperformance .NET applications. Leads cloud modernization efforts ensuring compliance with DevSecOps best practices. Works closely with development teams to integrate microservices containerization and CI/CD pipelines. Provides architectural guidance on cloud native services and API Gateway. Ensures best practices for security high availability and cost optimization in cloud solutions.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science or similar technical relevant field
  • At least ten 10 years in relevant industry solutions experience
  • At least ten 10 years of experience working in a lead role
  • At least two 2 years of Technical Writing experience
  • Must possess an AWS Solution Architecture Certification

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with FedRamp
  • Familiarity with 508 Compliance

Job Duties:

Development/Enhancement Tasks:

  • Support modernization enhancements and implementation of new processes associated with existing websites and web applications.
  • Design and development support of existing websites and web applications to new technologies operating systems browsers and platforms.
  • Develop new functionality or/and releases for existing websites and web applications.
  • Develop strategies and methodologies for designing and improving user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) for all products and services.
  • Perform decommission and data migration of existing websites and web applications.
  • Perform content management support to include site layout and content changes.
  • Perform testing and review procedures of components against capability requirements.
  • Perform training sessions and develop and manage all required documentation (design documents testing plans and scripts installation instructions);
  • Support nonemergency and emergency patch and maintenance releases to include bug fixes security and performance issues.
  • Perform system configuration testing and support for development and deployment.

Modernization Tasks:

  • Identify and implement emerging technologies processes standards or/and tools that will improve websites and web applications.
  • Identify and implement Cloud services to include associated design engineering implementation management and support.
  • Research identify and implement new platforms to include mobile technology and other COTS database products.
  • Incorporate leverage and support both structured and unstructured data.
  • Identify and create new data sources with the capability to integrate with new technology framework.
  • Develop and implement metadata management processes and solutions with robust QA capabilities.
  • Incorporate automated testing and delivery within the current data architecture and investigate and implement DataOps.
  • Conduct ongoing research of web application solutions and new technologies to support migration to new environments.
  • Provide integration and transition support for current and future designs to include streaming analytics the cloud Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) containerization and proofs of concept.
  • Identify and develop innovative and efficient methodology techniques for WSS websites and web applications.
  • Provide a modernized solution for Mobile devices that increases accessibility and meet 508 compliances.
