The Role:
This role centers on chemical process design and innovationapplying your engineering expertise to solve problems in mixing transport heat transfer and process control. Youll drive research scaleup and commercialization efforts across batch and continuous processing systems.
From benchscale experimentation to productionready solutions your work will directly influence the development of breakthrough industrial technologies with both immediate application and longterm market potential.
What Youll Do:
Lead chemical engineering R&D projects from concept through commercialization
Apply expertise in process engineering to optimize mixing mass transport and heat transfer in complex systems
Evaluate process scaleup strategies for batch and continuous processes
Design and develop equipment and process protocols for pilot and productionscale systems
Conduct experimental work analyze data and deliver research reports and technical presentations
Collaborate crossfunctionally with engineering production and leadership teams to meet performance and safety targets
Prepare grant proposals documentation and support technical conversations with clients partners and regulatory entities
Travel occasionally for client collaboration presentations or global deployments
What You Bring:
Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering (Masters or PhD preferred)
5 years of experience in product or process development
Experience with industrial applications in sectors such as energy storage pharma chemicals or advanced manufacturing
Familiarity with solidsolid liquidsolid and liquidliquid process systems
Understanding of conventional mixing fundamentals and scaleup design
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A curious mindset and a drive to innovate
U.S. Citizenship (required)
Willingness to travel internationally as needed
