The Talent Acquisition Partner is supporting the implementation of local recruiting strategy and assists the recruitment efforts.Mission & Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of local strategies to attract and recruit talents
- Understand hiring needs and implement specific sourcing strategies
- Support processes of sourcing attracting recruiting interviewing and onboarding employees to the organization
- Contribute to the development of corporate policy for talent benchmarking talent assessment and interviewing processes
- Achieve quality of hire and time to fill targets
- Develop talent pools
- Participate in internal mobility processes and development
- Maintain candidate management tools and recruitment status files
Qualifications & Languages
- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR
- Languages: English (Intermediate)
Previous experience & Industry background
- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition
- 3 years of HR Admin experience.
- Media agency Tech company Data company
