Job Description
Currently in Grundfos Italy we are aiming to further strengthen our sales force. To achieve this we are looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Engineer to handle our Industry End User and Channel Business in the South of Italy. Ideally resident in Rome or province.

What is the job about
- As a Sales Engineer Industry EndUser Channel you will initiate and develop relationships with focus on end users and related Channel network developing Agencies network and creating demand directly with the most important Industry EndUsers in order to make Grundfos the most preferred and saleable brand in the reference market.
- Realize individual sales target. Implementation of sales policies procedures and systems to ensure compliance with corporate policies and provide working guidelines for the sales team;
- Build up and maintain good relationship with all external stakeholders including end users consulting firms service partners etc.
- According to sales target work out sales strategy and action plan in the specific business area of the specific area
What do you need to apply
- Masters degree or equivalent in Mechanical Electrical or Chemical Engineering.
- Prefer minimum 5 years of sales experience in Industrial Environment
- Familiar with Industrial pumping applications and water treatment
- Products and applications Technical background
- Familiar with Industry End Users market and related channels
- English skills able to operate in a multinational environment
It is important to us that you possess high ethical standards just as you thrive on a healthy control environment as a prerequisite for producing timely correct and transparent information. You speak and write English fluently. If you have experience with SAP BW and IBM Cognos suites it is an advantage.
