Job Description

Opportunity Overview:

The Investment Communications Team (ICT) serves as the primary contact for investment teams offering comprehensive support for their marketing materials and communication needs. ICT members use their specialized platform knowledge to deliver highquality marketing materials and enhance global reach. The team acts as a central hub partnering with various stakeholders such as portfolio managers product specialists compliance channel marketing client coverage and client reporting & analytics teams to deliver a diverse set of highquality compelling materials that accurately represent our investment teams products and the firm.

We are looking for an experienced team member to join our London office who will continually seek out opportunities to improve content quality and build efficient processes. The successful candidate will develop a relationship with the Fixed Income NonInvestment Grade (NonIG) investment team ensuring that all marketing materials are updated promptly. The person will work closely with investment teams on presentations for client opportunities and create the marketing materials that fit the business needs.

In this role you will be the NonIG subasset class expert acting as the primary point of contact for the investment team within Marketing. You will be accountable for the content and prompt update of a diverse set of marketing materials including presentations commentaries flyers profiles brochures factsheets webinars. Additionally you will collaborate with client portfolio managers (CPMs) to communicate market events and changes related to your products to our client coverage teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing materials coverage for the Fixed Income NonInvestment Grade (NonIG) / HighYield (HY) platform.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for investment teams on their marketing needs.
  • Manage a high volume of marketing materials showing flexibility in prioritizing and updating as required by the firm.
  • Communicate changes within the covered subasset class to sales and relevant stakeholders.
  • Create compelling standard marketing materials for existing strategies fitting for the target audience.
  • Understand the financial data and narratives within marketing materials.
  • Ensure content alignment between all related marketing materials.
  • Cultivate and manage valuable relationships with internal stakeholders. E.g.: investment teams client reporting compliance marketing and client coverage.
  • Coordinate content updates with ICT members across different time zones.
  • Coordinate the compliance review of materials for sales use across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the firms product offerings and investment capabilities across multiple regions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree (e.g.: business economics finance marketing) with financial background.
  • 5 years of financial services industry experience. Experience in an Investment Communications Client Reporting or RFP role at an asset management firm preferred.
  • Understanding of the Fixed Income asset class. Experience with the NonIG subasset class a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills needed mainly in PowerPoint Excel and Word.
  • Seismic knowledge preferred.
  • Workfront and/or knowledge a plus.
  • Knowledge of how to incorporate GPT models and A.I. in your work is a plus.
