Role description:
Cover endtoend payroll operations for employees in Hungary including data collection validation payroll calculation compliance with local labor laws;
Collaboration with different stakeholders including external authorities to ensure smooth payroll operations and compliance;
Payroll calculations deductions and statutory compliance;
Collect validate and process payroll inputs including new hires terminations salary changes and benefits;
Address payrollrelated inquiries from employees and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Fluent Hungarian and medium English (B2 level);
Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing preferably HR payroll in a shared service or multinational environment;
Strong knowledge of Hungarian payroll legislation and tax regulations;
Experience working with Global SAP.
