David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Dutch speaking Customer Support Representative to support customers of an ecommerce platform.
Position: Customer Support Representative

Remuneration: Base salary performance bonuses (after 3rd month of employment).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer inquiries within designated timeframes ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
- Maintain a strong and current understanding of the organizations products and services.
- Identify situations that require escalation to other departments or senior team members.
- Handle all customer correspondence in accordance with company guidelines and requests.
- Assist with translation tasks as requested by clients.
- Accurately log all customer interactions in line with established procedures.
- Maintain and update administrative records as needed.
- Reference product documentation to provide customers with appropriate guidance and solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in Dutch (C1 both verbal and written. Good command in English (minimum B2 level).
- High school diploma or an equivalent.
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
- High motivation and enthusiastic approach selforganized.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced organisation.
- Good numerical and reasoning skills.
