About the Company

We are a leading manufacturing organization currently implementing Epicor Kinetic to optimize our operations and drive efficiency across our production floor. As part of our digital transformation we are seeking a handson Epicor Business Analyst to play a critical role in bridging the gap between operations and technology.


Position Summary

The Epicor Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering business requirements supporting the ongoing Epicor Kinetic implementation and providing postgolive support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Manufacturing Operations Production and Scheduling and be capable of training users troubleshooting issues and serving as a liaison between business units and the technical team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the functional lead during the Epicor Kinetic implementation and beyond.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather document and analyze business requirements.

  • Support production planning shop floor control scheduling and other manufacturing functions within Epicor.

  • Troubleshoot Epicorrelated issues and provide solutions to end users.

  • Develop and deliver user training and documentation to ensure successful system adoption.

  • Partner with IT and other internal teams to implement enhancements and configurations.

  • Monitor KPIs and data integrity related to operations and production modules.

  • Provide daytoday Epicor support to internal users across departments.


Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience with Epicor ERP ideally including Epicor Kinetic.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations production planning and scheduling.

  • Experience gathering requirements and translating them into system functionality.

  • Proven track record of training users and facilitating adoption of new ERP systems.

  • Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively across departments in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.

  • Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week.


Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience with Epicor Kinetic implementation or upgrade.

  • Familiarity with MES MRP BOMs and job management in a manufacturing setting.

  • Knowledge of SQL or BAQ/SSRS reporting within Epicor is a plus.
