Location: South Africa preferred; Open to LATAM candidates with excellent English

About the Role:
Were seeking a resultsdriven Lead Generation Specialist to support business development efforts through cold calling database sales and proactive outreach. This is a remote position.
You will work with a prebuilt database and be rewarded for bringing in selfgenerated leads. This role demands professionalism initiative and the ability to communicate with confidence in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls and followup outreach to potential business clients
Qualify leads build relationships and book meetings for the sales team
Utilize CRM tools (RCRM) to manage and track outreach efforts
Leverage internal and selfsourced lead databases (e.g. LinkedIn)
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff of prospects
Maintain highquality professional written and verbal communication
Candidate Requirements:
Highlevel proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Proven experience in lead generation cold calling and B2B sales
Strong internet connection (speed test results to be submitted with application)
Comfortable working independently and hitting performance metrics
Familiarity with CRMs (RCRM preferred)
Ability to work US hours (EST/CST time zones)
Professional demeanor and cultural alignment with North American clients
Preferred Qualifications:
Spanish or French language skills are a plus
Previous experience in the tech or SaaS sector is an advantage
