Job Description
As AI Automation Specialist youll play a key role in designing testing and implementing automation solutions across finance operations HR and more. This is a handson role for someone whos independent techsavvy and passionate about building smart systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build automation workflows using tools like Zapier Make N8N and Python;
- Break down manual business processes and rebuild them into scalable AIenhanced pipelines;
- Mentor and support teammates (task planning reviews knowledge sharing);
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver results;
- Experiment with prompt engineering and AI agents for tasks like invoice parsing
document classification etc.; - Continuously learn new tools and methods adapt to the fastchanging AI landscape.
Requirements: - 13 years of experience with nocode / lowcode tools scripting or process automation;
- Strong logic systems thinking and problem decomposition skills;
- Ability to work independently own tasks and deliver working solutions;
- High learning agility youll work alongside an internal AI specialist and are expected to absorb quickly;
- Interest in leading small projects or people as the team scales;
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (B2.
