Job Title: Painter

Pay: $22/hour
Schedule: Primarily Night Shifts (First 23 months)
Job Description:
D&B Property Maintenance is looking for a dependable and skilled Painter to join our team. Youll work under the guidance of our lead painter assisting with various commercial residential and government projects.
Responsibilities:
Use paint sprayers brushes and rollers to apply finishes
Properly mask and tape off areas before painting
Follow directions from lead painter and maintain a clean professional job site
Safely work at heights as needed
Perform general prep work and cleanup
Requirements:
Available for night shifts for the first 23 months
Comfortable working at heights
Experience using paint sprayers and understanding of masking techniques
Ability to paint cleanly and precisely with a brush
Reliable and willing to take direction
