Were Hiring: Career Support and Outreach Specialist (PartTime)
Location: Redlands CA
Salary: $21/hr Mileage Reimbursed Simple IRA matching as per company y policy
Hours: Parttime 2024 hours per week flexible schedule.

Were looking for a compassionate confident and outgoing gogetter to connect local job seekers especially individuals experiencing homelessness with employers and training opportunities. This is your chance to build relationships create opportunities and help transform lives through meaningful employment.
What Youll Do:
Be a vital link between job seekers and local businesses
Partner with community orgs like FSA Steps4Life & Step Up
Provide handson support: resumes interviews career coaching
Represent the Chamber at meetings and outreach events
Promote training programs and build employer partnerships
Research local job trends and assist with job fairs & events
What Were Looking For:
Selfstarter who thrives working independently
Empathetic and peoplecentered approach
Strong communication & relationshipbuilding skills
Organized detailoriented and admin savvy
Must have reliable transportation valid drivers license
