Are you a datadriven leader with a passion for analytics and innovation A dynamic opportunity awaits an experienced Head of Data to spearhead data strategy drive insights and lead a highperforming team in the insurance sector.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a cuttingedge data team to drive strategic decisionmaking.
- Oversee data architecture analytics and governance within the organization.
- Leverage actuarial insights to optimize data models and risk assessment.
- Implement innovative data solutions that enhance business performance.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align data strategy with business goals.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in data analytics with a strong background in the insurance industry.
- A numerical degree in Mathematics Data Science or a related field.
- Actuarial exposure is a strong advantage.
- Proven expertise in analytics data modeling and leadership.
- Ability to translate complex data into strategic business insights.
