Consumers Credit Union (CCU) is hiring join our team as a Card Operations Specialist! This is a fantastic entry level opportunity for someone whos a quick learner thinks out the box and thrives in a fastpaced everchanging environment!
Schedule/Location: This is a flex / hybrid position. Part of your work week will be onsite based at our Lake Forest office. The remainder of the week youll be working remotely from home.
As a Card Operations Specialist you will assist members with reports of debit card fraud or disputes by leveraging various systems. Performing research to resolve member inquiries disputes verify lost stolen or fraudulent cases and complete the necessary documentation for the account. Youll work with many areas of the business including the Business Intelligence Fraud and Risk teams.

Budgeted amount for starting hourly rate: $22/hr annual bonus opportunity
