As a NDE Task Lead Supervisor in burg VA you will be part of the proven team in the IBN Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. You will provide daily supervision and advanced technical support for a team of field leaders in Framatomes Nondestructive Examination services group. Scope of work typically includes planning and scheduling work supervising workflow and adherence to budget. You will supervise the of technical processes reviews progress and updates management as needed. Provides input to or conducts staff appraisals. Daytoday activities will include interacting with NDE task leads to challenge and assist project readiness. This supervisor will facilitate project status meetings and aid in relaying necessary information to key support organizations. This position will be responsible for each task leads development and growth as well as ensuring the leads are staffed appropriately on seasonal projects. The planned travel requirement of this position is occasional/sporadic with a maximum of 1 inrole deployment in the Spring and 1 inrole deployment in the Fall. Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $112000 $152000 and may also include annual incentives performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location.
