Job Description

As a Planning Specialist you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and optimizing our audit processes utilizing your keen attention to detail and strategic thinking skills. You will work closely with our small dedicated team to meet diverse customer needs and drive operational excellence. Tasks
- Develop and implement audit schedules to ensure timely and efficient of certification processes.
- Communicate with clients to understand their certification needs and ensure all requirements are met.
- Coordinate with clients and internal/external auditors to gather necessary documentation and information for upcoming audits.
- Monitor and analyze audit progress providing regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and issues in the planning phase and propose solutions to mitigate them effectively.
- Work closely with the team to continuously improve audit processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree required.
- Minimum two years relevant experience.
- Proficient in German and fluent in English.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities.
- Residency in the North RhineWestphalia (NRW) region is preferred.
