Job Description

Schedule: MondayFriday 7am3:30pm
Job Type: Fulltime benefits eligible
Pay:$4565K
Location: Taylor MI (onsite)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Processes local new hire packages I9 tracking sets up drug testing. Performs office tasks including maintaining records ordering supplies processes invoices etc.
  • Supports Regional Safety initiatives including data requests dashboard reconciliation and training compliance.
  • Supports senior Leadership with all events and meetings including logistics calendars expenses etc.
  • Manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative including drafting letters memos invoices reports and other documents for senior staff
  • Manages and supports local billers
  • Partners with environmental to track and maintain certifications and contractual obligations.
  • Partner with sales for job creation and set up in
  • Compile weekly payroll for processing
  • Assist with AR and collection calls
  • Assist AP as required
  • Accept other related duties as deemed necessary by management

Qualifications:

  • High School degree or GED equivalent required. Bachlers degree in Business preferred
  • Requires education generally equivalent to a high school diploma. It is desirable for the incumbent to have attained additional businessrelated education or specialized training.
  • Requires 1 to 3 years of office management experience.
  • Construction Industry / Job Cost experience preferred.
  • Requires excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with employees customers and personnel at other branch offices and Corporate.
  • Requires ability to process complex time sensitive data and information from multiple sources make decisions based on this data and to effectively communicate the related required actions to customers and staff.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of word and excel and Businessrelated operations software is preferred.
  • Strong leadership abilities to inspire and coach employees to accomplish strategic goals and related tasks is preferred.
  • Understanding and knowledge of Union labor agreements
