EquipmentShare is Hiring a Contract Compliance Coordinator
EquipmentShare is searching for a Contract Compliance Coordinator to support our team as it continues to grow.
Salary range: $17$21/hr. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.
EquipmentShare is seeking a Contract Compliance Coordinator to be responsible to assist the contract team by completing necessary rental documents in a timely manner and factchecked for compliance purposes. May be asked to assist with other duties as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
- Champion safe job practices for repairing equipment
- Use technology (laptops and tablets) comfortably
- Be eager and able to fix nearly any piece of equipment
- Enjoy working directly with customers to solve their problems
- Work well in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred)

We are looking for someone with availability to work (ex. MondayFriday 8am5pm or MondayFriday 6am3pm)
Skills & Qualifications
- 12 years of sales experience (equipment sales experience is a plus)
- Youre a great listener and care about solving your customers problems
- Youre energized by building nurturing and maintaining relationships with customers throughout every step of the rental process
- You have strong interpersonal and problemsolving skills
- You can adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
