About the Role:
We are seeking a native or fluent Frenchspeaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our clients dynamic team in Barcelona. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers providing toptier support for technical inquiries and ensuring a highquality customer experience. This is a fulltime onsite position offering a collaborative and international work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to technical queries from Frenchspeaking customers via phone email and chat
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues guiding customers through stepbystep solutions
Escalate complex technical problems to appropriate internal teams
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Stay up to date on product knowledge and technical updates
Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the support experience
Requirements:
Native or fluent French speaker with good command of English (both written and spoken)
Previous experience in technical support IT helpdesk or customer service is preferred
Strong problemsolving skills and technical aptitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented and fastpaced environment
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Spain
