Mould Marshall - Labourer

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Camden to assist with the appointment of a Mould Marshall Labourer on a 1month contract highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: 15.07 18.75 per Hour

Summary:

We are currently seeking skilled and customerfocused Labourers to support housing maintenance services across the borough. This role involves operating council vehicles performing mould wash treatments and delivering excellent customer service in residents homes.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Camden vehicles to and from various work locations as required.
• Carry out mould washes and related housing maintenance tasks.
• Ensure safe handling and application of cleaning and treatment materials.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Interact with residents in a respectful and informative manner.
• Report any followup maintenance needs or resident concerns to the appropriate team.
• Work closely with the Resident Liaison Officers (RLOs) and other maintenance staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Essentials:

• Valid UK driving licence
• Experience in general labouring or housing maintenance roles.
• Previous work involving mould treatments or property hygiene is desirable.
• Strong customer care and communication skillsmust be comfortable dealing directly with residents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable punctual and professional attitude.
