Perform a variety of tasks in the closing process of the blade

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform closing tasks following work instructions

  • Wear all personal protective equipment and follow all health and safety instructions regarding chemical usage

  • Remove infusion bag from shells using crane

  • Prepare shells for closure vacuum all debris in shells side grind flange area apply brackets mark up all areas

  • When shells are repaired and prepped apply glue to flanges and web

  • For demoulding of the blade remove root plate and install demould ring on root along with arial lift to remove blade from mould using cranes.

  • Wear designated personal protective equipment and follow all health and safety guidelines

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to lift of carry objects or materials up to 40 lbs.

  • Ability to push/pull heavy objects.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete floors.

  • Ability to work with hands for an extended period.

  • Ability to operate basic hand tools power tools and heavy machinery.

  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

  • Requires wearing of respirator.

Desired Characteristics

  • High School Diploma/GED or related experience

  • Previous Manufacturing experience

Shift: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm

Wage: $22.32 - $27.18
