Type: Fulltime Salaried
Hours: Minimum 50 hours/week Flexibility within 7days 8:00 AM10:00 PM

Tactical Techs is a dynamic MSP and IT services provider based in Sherman Oaks CA. We specialize in supporting small to midsized businesses across various industries with a focus on excellence innovation and reliability. As we continue to grow were looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in a leadership and supervisory role.
- Supervise and mentor Tier 2 support staff as well as perform Tier1/2 tasks if needed to move forward
- Oversee ticket queues ensuring timely response and resolution.
- Proactively move forward internal and clientfacing IT projects.
- Create implement and enforce internal procedures and best practices.
- Maintain handson oversight of critical systems and infrastructure including:
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD Administration
- Azure cloud environment Administration
- Onprem Active Directory in hybrid setups Administration
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Stay aware of critical or timesensitive issues during support hours 7days week 8am10pm with flexibility in scheduling workdays as needed.
- Provide escalation support and guidance to the support team.
- Collaborate directly with leadership to continuously improve service delivery.
- 10 years of professional IT administration and engineering experience.
- Proven administration experience in Microsoft 365 Azure Entra ID and onprem Active Directory in a hybrid environment.
- Strong project management documentation and communication skills.
- Experience managing or supervising IT support teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced MSP environment and juggle multiple priorities.
- Must be able to work onsite in Sherman Oaks CA.
