Job Overview:
resultsdriven Head of Sales with a strong background in transport operations. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive revenue growth build longterm client relationships and ensure seamless coordination between sales customer service and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients.
Drive market expansion for transport and logistics services and retain existing customer.
Develop and monitor key performance metrics for sales customer service and operations.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
Customer Service & Client Relationship Management:
Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
Resolve escalated customer issues with a focus on longterm solutions.
Operations & Coordination:
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service .
Requirements:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration Supply Chain or related field.
8 years of experience in Sales & Operations within the Transport/Logistics industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation communication and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
