Job Description

Project Kuiper is Amazons low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Its mission is to deliver fast reliable internet to customers and communities around the world and weve designed the system with the capacity flexibility and performance to serve a wide range of customers from individual households to schools hospitals businesses government agencies and other organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity.

Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national U.S. permanent resident (i.e. current Green Card holder) or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

The Kuiper team is looking for a Sr. ASIC Supply Chain manager to ensure ASIC Clear to Build for Satellite and Customer Terminals as well as for a special projects executions.

Key job responsibilities
The Sr. ASIC Supply Chain Manager is responsible for all activities related to order fulfillment from forecasts to delivery including daytoday communication and management of the components suppliers globally. This person has a business orientation and is responsible for working within the local and remote Operations team driving order fulfillment.
Liaison with Kuiper Headquarter planning team Monitoring managing and driving the to assure goals/schedules are being met.
Communicate forecast and verify fulfillment from a materials perspective.
Drive solutions to reduce and eliminate any shortages preventing meeting order schedule including assisting in sourcing of materials as required.
Schedule and host meetings with suppliers in US and/or globally as required.
Responsible for report generation and distribution.
Represent project team in internal/ external program meetings.
Travel required up to 10

5 years of program or project management experience
5 years of Semiconductor supply chain experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership

Masters degree
8 years of data analysis experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level including: pivot tables macros index/match vlookup VBA data links etc.
8 years of supply chain forecasting manufacturing sourcing/procurement or vendor management experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $103900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
