Job Description
Founded in 2015 Clarity Clinic stands at the forefront of mental health and wellness offering innovative and compassionate care. Our mission is to provide the best quality in mental health care and make holistic care easily accessible and seamless to our patients. We are searching for passionate Clinical Therapists (LCSW LCPC LMFT) to join our team of highly skilled clinicians. Our staff of Psychiatrists Physician Assistants and Psychotherapists offer the latest medication and therapy treatment as we help guide our clients towards mental offers administrative billing and marketing support so that our clinicians have a consistent caseload ensuring our providers are focused on their greatest their clients move forward in life!
We are partnered with the following InNetwork payer partners to ensure you have access to an array of clients and populations: Cigna Aetna Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO Medicare United Healthcare and we also accept selfpay clients.
Location:
**This role is hybrid but can be 100 remote for fully licensed candidates living in the state of Illinois** We are hiring at all 7 locations for candidates interested in another location we encourage you to apply!
In this role you you will:
- Provide evidencebased therapy sessions to a variety of populations offering exceptional client care.
- Manage a caseload of 1224 attended client sessions per week (Part Time or Full Time optional).
- Ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Provide oversight of assessments evaluations and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures.
- Participate in organizational trainings and professional development.
- Promote support and demonstrate Clarity Clinics mission vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adheres to policies procedures Compliance plan and Standards of Conduct on a daytoday basis.

- Compensation: $55$60/per hour commensurate to years of experience & Licensure.
- Part Time 12hrs) or Full Time 24 attended sessions is required).

Qualifications & Minimum Requirements:
- Must be fully licensed to practice independently with any of the following licensures: Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW) Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT) required OR must have and/or be license eligible and actively working toward licensure as a Licensed PhD or PsyD.
- Must be licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois.
- Masters in psychology social work counseling or related field plus 1 to 2year internship and 2 years prior experience in a clinical setting OR PsyD with 1 years prior experience in a clinical setting (Psychological Testing and Assessment experience preferred).
Experience with any/all the following treatment modalities and programs is beneficial:
- Individual & Familyfocused therapy
- CBT DBT ACT
- EMDR
- Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management)
- CADC
- Marriage and Family Therapy
- IOP/PHP programs
- Group Therapy
