Are you an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician ready to advance your career At Dr. Fitz Bayside Animal Clinic a trusted and compassionate practice in the heart of New Baltimore MI we are seeking a dedicated LVT with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our growing team.

Your Role
As an LVT at Dr. Fitz Bayside Animal Clinic youll be an integral part of our operations providing highquality patient care and ensuring the smooth delivery of veterinary services. Key responsibilities include:
- Administering and monitoring anesthesia during surgical procedures.
- Conducting diagnostic tests including radiography and inhouse lab work.
- Providing exceptional nursing care for hospitalized and outpatient pets.
- Assisting veterinarians with examinations treatments and surgeries.
- Educating pet owners about preventative care medications and treatment plans.
- Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
Who You Are
Were seeking an LVT who combines technical expertise with a passion for patient care. Ideal candidates will have:
- A current Michigan LVT license.
- At least 5 years of clinical experience.
- Proficiency in anesthesia surgical assistance and advanced veterinary nursing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and excellence in veterinary care.
