You have completed aBachelors Degree plus 12 years of related experience. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields or obtained relevant experience in lieu of a degree and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an Integrated Outage Manager you will be part of the proven team in theIBS Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. This position is the primary Framatome interface for all work scopes with ourAlliance partners/customers including overall Alliance profit and loss long term planning andperformance improvement. Your work will include:
- Envision define and execute the strategic plans necessary for improving customer performance in order to meet or exceed specified targets.
- Develop and manage a program to establish/maintain strong client relationships.
- Gather and share strategic information in order to ensure major programs are managedeffectively by crossfunctional teams.
- Establish Key Performance Metrics reported monthly quarterly and annually to assessAlliance health.
- Produce a business plan which enables each business group to meet corporate financialtargets.
- Provide meaningful performance related feedback/input to appropriate line management.
- Solve complex customer issues in order to improve fleet performance and grow theCompanys scope of supply.

Your total rewards package
The range of base salary for the position is between $62.30 $84.80 per hour and may also include annual incentives performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location.
