We are looking for a dynamicGTM Sales Operations Manager (m/w/d)to lead and drive the strategic of our Go To Market operations for our Wholesale Team across Europe. This role will be based at our Main Showroom in Offenbach Frankfurt and will oversee a team of 3 Specialists. You will play a pivotal role in leading the team collaborating crossfunctionally and ensuring the success of our GTM strategy.
About the Job:
Team Management:
- Lead develop & mentor3 Specialists ensuring they have clear direction goals and development opportunities
- Establishclear roles and responsibilitieswithin the team to ensure smooth
- Providecoaching feedback and regular performance checkinsto support development
- Foster ahighperformance culture encouraging accountability innovation and continuous learning
GTM Strategy and :
- Develop and execute acomprehensive end to end GTM strategysupporting all Sell In & Sell Out initiatives ensuring timely and successful delivery of all key deliverables
- Act as the primary liaison between GTM Sales operations and other teams fostering strong working relationships
- Lead crossfunctional projects and initiativesensuring successful outcomes that support business goals including internal & external events
- Identify opportunities tostreamline and improve GTM processesacross the organization driving efficiency and scalability
Showroom and Sample Management:
- Lead showroom operations ensuring optimal setup layout asset management and maintenance in collaboration with crossfunctional teams
- OverseeE2E sample management processes including ordering inventory control sample distribution vendor partnerships & sample sales
- Drive continuous improvementin showroom and sample management practices to enhance sales effectiveness
Season Launches Enablement & Management:
- Develop & implement a 360 Approachfor Campaign Launches across all tools & content
- Ensure the sales team & wholesale customersare equipped with the necessary tools content information & marketing collateralto successfully launch the season both digital and in store
- Optimization our Digital Toolsfor sharing content & information
- Oversee marketplace operations ensuring accurate product catalogue management and optimization of marketplace PDP
About You
Key Skills:

Experience:
- Proven experience in developing and executingE2E GTM strategies includingSellIn & SellOut initiatives
- Experience managingshowroom operations including setup maintenance and optimization
- Proven experience leading and developing a team with strong coaching and mentorship skills
- Strong background inproject managementand executing initiatives with crossfunctional teams
- Background insales operations marketing or ecommerce
