- Assist clients via phone and email with technical questions and concerns
- Schedule professional photography sessions on a national basis
- Provide support to our network of field photographers
- Work with other departments on brainstorming and informationsharing for success
- Visit with our office puppies when things get stressful!
What Strengths and Skills Should I Possess
- 24 years of Customer Service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- TEAM PLAYER ATTITUDE!
- Computer proficient with intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and Windowsbased environment
- Passion and integrity
- RELIABILITY
- Creativity and the ability to learn quickly
