Job Description
Do you speak Ukrainian fluently and love helping people Are you ready for a new adventure in the sunny city of Lisbon Were looking for a friendly motivated and customerfocused individual to join our growing international team!
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Language: Ukrainian (C1C2 English (B2 minimum)
Position: FullTime Customer Support
What Youll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for Ukrainianspeaking customers
- Handle inquiries via email chat or phone with empathy and professionalism
- Provide accurate information and solve issues with a smile
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
What Were Looking For:
- Native or fluent Ukrainian speaker
- Good level of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others
- EU passport or a valid work permit for Portugal
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not a must!
