We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our clients law firm a wellestablished personal injury firm based in Arizona (MST). This is a 100 remote position ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional with a strong background in case management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 35 personal injury cases from intake to settlement.
- Utilize Zoho CRM Case Management Software to track and manage cases.
- Open new case files and ensure all required documentation is properly recorded.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of case statuses deadlines and next steps.
- Communicate effectively with clients attorneys insurance companies and medical providers.
- Assist in collecting medical records police reports and other essential case documents.
- Support attorneys in case preparation negotiations and settlements.
- Intake experience is a plus but not required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager managing at least 35 cases simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of personal injury case processes and procedures.
- Experience using Zoho CRM or similar case management software.
- Excellent organizational communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in using OpenPhone for client communication.
