Job Description

Project Manager Physical Security Division

Location: Lowell AR

A growing technology solutions provider is seeking a Project Manager to support its physical security division in Lowell AR. This role is ideal for candidates with experience managing single or multisite projects in low voltage voice/data security or electrical environments. The position focuses on project and operational support within a fastpaced clientfocused setting.

What You Will Do:

  • Oversee daily project operations scheduling and billing
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for multiple concurrent projects
  • Manage permitting processes including submitting applications coordinating with
  • city officials and ensuring timely closures
  • Maintain and organize project documentation including engineered drawings bid
  • specs and permits
  • Source and evaluate bid opportunities assisting in estimating and takeoffs
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal teams and external agencies to resolve
  • issues and meet deadlines
  • Track and manage purchase orders and invoices related to permitting and
  • inspections
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase team efficiency and
  • performance
  • Lead and delegate tasks to team resources while upholding high standards of
  • quality and safety

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of project management experience preferably in construction technology
  • or structured cabling environments
  • Familiarity with CAT5/6 fiber optics telecommunications or lowvoltage systems
  • is a plus
  • Experience with physical security devices such as access control CCTV and burglary
  • alarms etc.
  • Strong organizational communication and multitasking abilities Experience with permitting processes documentation and municipal coordination
  • is preferred
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Adobe Acrobat Pro SharePoint and email
  • systems
  • College education preferred but not required

Compensation:

  • $70000 $85000 per year based on experience and successful interview
