Were hiring for a position that requires German (C1 and English (B2 proficiency!

Location: Porto Portugal (Onsite)

Shift: Monday to Sunday 06:00 21:00 (Rotative Shifts)

Days off: 2 Rotative Days
Responsibilities:

Review and update content on a popular social media platform

Audit and share content for social media uploads
-
Ensure customer service meets contractual KPIs
-
Handle customer complaints and legal notices regarding copyright material
Requirements:

Strong computer navigation and PC knowledge
-
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
-
Attention to detail multitasking skills and adaptability in a fastpaced environment

Team player with a professional attitude especially in customer interactions
