Recruiting Operations Manager
About the Role
Were looking for a Recruiting Operations Manager to build the backbone of how we scale talent across the Americas. Youll own the systems workflows reporting and operational excellence that empower our recruiters and account teams to move faster hire better and stay aligned with our clients growth.
This is a strategic and processdriven role perfect for someone who thrives behind the scenes automating chaos tracking what matters and building repeatable systems that elevate the recruiting function as a whole.
What Youll Own
- ATS & Systems Ownership: Be the goto person for managing our ATS job boards and recruitment tech stack including integrations automations and workflows.
- Data Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain reporting to track recruiter performance pipeline health and hiring velocity. Translate insights into actions.
- Process Design & Optimization: Develop SOPs and playbooks for every stage of the hiring funnel from intake to offer. Identify bottlenecks and remove them fast.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure clean data hygiene consistent tagging and standardized workflows across all roles and recruiters.
- Team Enablement: Train and support recruiters on best practices tools and systems. Make everyone 10x better at their job.
- ClientFacing Support (Optional): Occasionally support client onboarding reporting or audit requests with clear databacked updates.

You Might Be a Fit If You...
- Have 35 years of experience in recruitment operations HR ops or a peopleanalytics role ideally in a fastpaced SaaS or agency setting.
- Are fluent in tools like Greenhouse Ashby Lever Airtable Notion Zapier or similar.
- Love process but hate bureaucracy you move fast and optimize as you go.
- Know how to turn raw recruiting chaos into scalable systems.
- Have excellent written communication and can train others clearly and concisely.
- (Bonus) Have worked with LATAM or global remote teams.
