Your Role
As a Customer Support Specialist you will:
- Handle inbound calls emails and live chats from customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve productrelated issues with empathy and efficiency
- Provide product guidance and technical support while representing the brands image
- Support customers with returns orders and followups
- Escalate complex cases to senior support or technical teams when necessary
- Keep accurate records in internal CRM systems
- Join a remote training program starting April 25th to get fully prepared
What Were Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service or tech support is an advantage
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) is required
- Good communication and problemsolving skills
- Customerfirst attitude with patience and professionalism
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic remote environment
- Techsavvy and eager to learn
- You must be an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit in Greece
