About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and customeroriented Norwegianspeaking Customer Support Representative to join our clients team in Mlaga Spain. This is a hybrid role giving you the flexibility of working both from the office and from home.
As a Customer Support Representative you will be the first point of contact for Norwegianspeaking customers providing excellent service and support while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email or chat in Norwegian

Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues

Guide users through products services and troubleshooting steps

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Work closely with other teams to resolve technical or service issues

Maintain customer records and update internal systems
Requirements:

Nativelevel or fluent in Norwegian (spoken & written)

Good command of English (B2 level minimum)

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Customeroriented mindset with problemsolving skills

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory

EU citizenship or valid work permit for Spain
