You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a motivated and customeroriented Norwegianspeaking Customer Support Representative to join our clients team in Mlaga Spain. This is a hybrid role giving you the flexibility of working both from the office and from home.
As a Customer Support Representative you will be the first point of contact for Norwegianspeaking customers providing excellent service and support while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email or chat in Norwegian
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues
Guide users through products services and troubleshooting steps
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Work closely with other teams to resolve technical or service issues
Maintain customer records and update internal systems
Nativelevel or fluent in Norwegian (spoken & written)
Good command of English (B2 level minimum)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Customeroriented mindset with problemsolving skills
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Spain
Hybrid work model (office in Mlaga remote days)
