Job Description:
ThinkTell Junction As a Customer Account Representative you will play a vital role in our organization by serving as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary focus will be to foster strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts addressing inquiries resolving issues and facilitating effective communication between our customers and various departments within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Manage and update customer accounts in the database.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring timely delivery.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Facilitate effective communication between customers and internal departments.
- Identify opportunities for service enhancements based on customer feedback.
Skills Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or account management roles.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
