About the job:
Were looking for a strategic datadriven Ecommerce Marketing Manager to take ownership of customer acquisition retention and revenue growth across our website and thirdparty marketplaces. This role requires deep customer persona expertise understanding what drives trust purchase decisions and longterm value while also managing financial performance (CAC to LTV) to scale profitably.
You will lead all digital marketing efforts while also directing creative development to ensure our ads website content and product pages convert while staying on brand. Youll manage a mix of inhouse and external teams across SEO PPC CRO email marketing and marketplace optimization.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Own and execute the fullfunnel marketing strategy across and marketplaces (Amazon Walmart Best Buy etc..
Deeply understand our customer personas how they shop what builds trust and what drives purchasing decisions.
Optimize CAC to LTV to ensure scalable and profitable growth.
Direct and develop highconverting onbrand creative (ads landing pages website content product pages).
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads Meta Amazon Ads) to maximize ROAS.
Oversee SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and rankings.
Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) and website improvements to drive higher sales and retention.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to increase engagement retention and LTV.
Direct inhouse and external teams for creative web design and marketing .
Analyze performance data to drive continuous optimization and smarter decision making.
Stay ahead of ecommerce trends consumer behavior shifts and marketplace policies.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience leading B2C & DTC ecommerce marketing.
Proven ability to develop highconverting onbrand creative (ads website content landing pages).
Strong understanding of customer personas buying behaviors and trust drivers in ecommerce.
Experience with CAC to LTV modeling and financial optimization of marketing spend.
Experience managing Amazon Walmart and other major marketplaces.
Expertise in SEO PPC CRO email marketing and performance analytics.
Experience working with Google Analytics Shopify Amazon Seller Central and other marketing tools.
Ability to direct and manage external agencies for creative web design and paid media.
Datadriven mindset with strong analytical skills to measure performance and refine strategies.
Excellent project management communication and leadership skills.
Must be able to work East Coast business hours.
Contract length: 3 months (with possibility to be extended into a yearly contract)
