Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Integration/Solutions Engineer with expertise in Salesforce and proficiency in programming languages such as Go Python or Java. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in integrating cloudbased applications and have handson experience with AWS GIT RESTful APIs Salesforce applications and database systems.
As a key team member you will design develop and maintain highperformance applications that seamlessly interact with Salesforce and other platforms. You will collaborate closely with clients and partners to understand realworld business challenges and deliver scalable technologydriven solutions.
Responsibilities
Must Have:
- Design develop and maintain efficient reliable and secure applications in Go that integrate with Salesforce.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with presales and postsales teams to share best practices and address customer queries.
- Architect optimal solutions for customers in collaboration with sales teams.
- Provide technical customer support and resolve integration issues.
- Gather feedback and analyze data to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Implement plans to enhance product performance and reliability.
- Monitor system performance and proactively detect potential issues.
- Ensure product stability by researching and implementing innovative solutions.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce integration.
- Implement bidirectional data flow between applications and Salesforce using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Stay uptodate with the latest developments in Salesforce integration Go programming AWS and related technologies.
- Develop RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between internal and external services.
- Utilize GIT for version control ensuring best practices in branching merging and collaboration.
- Write clean maintainable welldocumented code following industry standards.
Nice to Have:
- Leverage AWS services to design scalable and faulttolerant solutions integrated with Salesforce.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to design schemas and optimize data storage for applications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high code quality.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline application deployment monitoring and maintenance.
- Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning standup meetings and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- 5 hours of overlap with PST business hours Mandatory.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field Masters degree is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following: Go Python or Java with the ability to deliver productionready software.
- Willingness to learn Go programming for our tech stack.
- Extensive handson experience with Salesforce APIs (REST and SOAP).
- Proficiency in AWS services.
- Strong understanding of GIT version control including branching merging and pull requests.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs with best practices.
- Handson experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB DynamoDB).
- Strong problemsolving skills especially in integration challenges for distributed systems.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills particularly for crossfunctional collaboration.
- Familiarity with Salesforce configuration customization and best practices is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies with prior experience working in an Agile environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.
Important Notes
- This is a remote position.
- Excellent communication skills are required as this is a customerfacing role.
- Candidates must have 5 hours of overlap with PST business hours please do not apply otherwise.
