Job Description
- Supporting operational function for Warehouse activity.
- Submit daily KPI to respective GBs and also check daily KPI submission from all WHS.
- Support monitoring and follow up all pending activity in Warehouse (Visualization All VAS Closing activity Orderback log and storage in WH).
- Follow proper communication with business units & Logistics Service Provider (LSP) related to daily operation.
- Supporting administration process related to warehouse activity (customer complaint urgent delivery transfer stock monitoring and claim letter).
Qualifications :
- Final year students pursuing a diploma/bachelors degree preferably from Transportation Management/Logistics/Management/Industrial Engineering.
- Have a good knowledge in logistics and transport.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa.
- Good communication skills people person and a team player.
- Keen to learn and have high proactiveness.
- Demonstrate leadership and problemsolving skills.
- Willing to travel locally within Jabodetabek area.
