Job Description
- Responsible for preparing invoices and all related supporting documents to ensure they are complete and ready to be sent to customers in a timely manner
- Organize and archive all issued invoices in digital format (soft copy) to ensure proper documentation and ease of access when needed
- Maintain an uptodate monitoring system for Delivery Notes (DN) and invoices to track the status of each document and ensure that all invoices are delivered to customers on time and without delay
- Submit Delivery Notes (DN) and invoices through customer portals in accordance with the respective submission requirements and ensure successful completion of the submission process
Qualifications :
- Pursuing a diploma or higher in Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field
- No prior work experience required; relevant internships or projectbased experience will be an advantage
- Basic understanding of logistics processes with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the field
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and across departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.
Additional Information :
- Fulltime and hybrid work arrangement paid internship for 6 months (July December)
