Job Description
Daily Tasks:
- Process and record incoming invoices
- Maintain invoice master list and recap monthly costs
- Update access card and ID card records as needed
- Coordinate sim card requests and system access for new employees
- Provide general support to the FCM team and assist employee needs
Weekly:
- Inspect and restock First Aid Box in the pantry
Monthly:
- Conduct stock opname and place orders for stationery and pantry supplies
- Request and manage Telkomsel billing
- Collect and submit attendance sheets for office staff and drivers to respective agencies
- Update maintenance schedules and inspect safety equipment (fire extinguishers smoke detectors emergency exits)
Qualifications :
- University student from any major with no classes left to attend
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office software
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in general office administration or support roles is an advantage
