We are seeking a highly motivated process driven and resultsoriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team.

In this role you will play a vital role in identifying and engaging with key accounts crucial to our longterm growth objectives. You will leverage industry insights utilize cuttingedge sales technology and apply your strong prospecting skills to build relationships with key decisionmakers generate qualified leads and contribute directly to the teams success.

Success in the Role: What are performance outcomes over the first 612 months you will work toward completing

In the first 30 days you will:

  • Get familiar with Evolvs products and customers via case studies & industryfocused product content.
  • Build relationships with your crossfunctional team members across Marketing Sales and Channel to ensure success as a team
  • Develop and begin to execute on your prospecting plan in collaboration with your manager and Sales partners
  • Learn internal processes and systems including Salesforce HubSpot ZoomInfo 6sense SalesEngagement and LinkedIn SalesNavigator

Within 3 months you will:

  • Take ownership of your prospecting plan to create quality pipeline for your territory
  • Become an expert in structuring your day to follow up with inbound inquiries and produce outbound results
  • Ensure strategic alignment with your senior executives through regular communication and feedback loop
  • Provide ongoing feedback to the Marketing and Business Development teams regarding campaign and lead quality

By the end of the first year you will:

  • Demonstrate the ability to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Have proven track record of exceeding prospecting and lead generation goals
  • Develop a strong understanding of the security technology landscape

The Work: What type of work will you be doing What assignments requirements or skills will you be performing on a regular basis

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

  • Conduct indepth market research to identify and qualify highvalue target accounts aligned with the companys strategic goals.
  • Utilize a combination of online and offline prospecting techniques including social selling platforms like LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with key decisionmakers. Convert inbound leads generated through digital platforms and field marketing.

Opportunity Qualification:

  • Conduct qualification calls to understand potential clients needs and pain points and qualify them as genuine sales opportunities.

Relationship Building & Crossfunctional Team Collaboration:

  • Engage with qualified leads build rapport and foster longterm relationships with key contacts within target accounts.
  • Work closely with the BDR Senior Manager Account Executives and Sales Directors to develop and implement territory and accountspecific strategies and collaborate with the wider sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare accurate and timely reports on prospecting activities lead generation and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Sales Technology Proficiency:

  • Be adept at utilizing sales technology such as Salesforce and Salesforce Sales Engagement to manage leads track progress and execute effective outreach strategies.

What is the leadership like for this role What is the structure and culture of the team

You will be joining the Business Development team and reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Business Development. The team culture is one based on building trust collaboration ongoing development through kindness authenticity courage drive and fun!

Where is the role located

This BDR will support our West Coast territories and will need to work Pacific Time hours. This role is largely remote but travel may be required at least once a month to support Evolvs interritory trade shows and events.

What is the salary range

The base salary range for this fulltime position is $60000$80000 commission plan equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
