You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking to hire exceptional therapists with training and expertise in CBT and other evidencebased treatment modalities (e.g. DBT ACT). You must be a fully licensed mental health professional (NJ license required NY and CT preferred but required if state of employment) and be selfmotivated with a desire to work in collegial practice.
This is a fulltime W2 role and you will determine your own caseload and schedule of 20 clinical hours each week.
Hybrid role with inperson and virtual according to your preference this role requires 10 hours per week inperson at Pine Brook NJ office (with additional 10 remote). We have additional offices in Manhattan (NY) Scarsdale (NY) Stamford (CT) Greenwich (CT).
Compensation will vary according to experience. Fulltime clinicians billing 20 hours weekly can expect $120180K with 4 weeks off. Benefits include Health insurance Dental/Vision insurance 401K with matching annual continuing education stipend paid sick leave and full coverage of malpractice insurance.

Jason has trained at leading CBT institutions including the Beck Institute and the America Institute for Cognitive Therapy and holds leadership roles with NYCCBT and ABCT. Dr. Duncan is warm and easy to connect with for patients and collaborators alike and is committed to providing the best resources and support possible to his team.
Clinical supervision is led by Dr. Scott Waltman an international CBT trainer under an initiative established by the renowned Dr. Aaron Beck the founder of CBT. He is board certified a bestselling author and PresidentElect of the Academy of Cognitive & Behavioral Therapies. Scott hosts group and individual supervision sessions and comprehensive reviews of recorded sessions.

Implement evidencebased treatment modalities such as CBT DBT and ACT; tailoring interventions to individual client needs
Collaborate with colleagues and engage in comprehensive case consultations and formulation
Engage in continuing education on latest technologies methodologies and practices in the field
Timely completion of progress notes and client onboarding/offboarding processes
Additional opportunities for Psychological Evaluations to supplement therapy work (for Psychologists)

Qualifications
Masterslevel education or higher in counseling/therapy (Psychologist LMFT LCSW LMHC)
Expertise in CBT or other evidencebased treatments (e.g. DBT ACT) with experience with child and/or family therapy preferred
Fully licensed (this practice is not able to provide clinical supervision for completing your license currently Trainee positions are filled but we are hiring a postdoc for September 2024
Fully licensed in NJ required NY and CT preferred
