Position: Sr Manager/DGM Marketing
Role: Responsible forthe marketing of the Brand & support Sales activity to ensure the Brandsobjective are met.
Location: Gurgaon
Key Output
Main Priorities
Marketing
1. Responsible for delivering the goal of establishing the brand Spawake and any other brand introduced by company in India with the planned budget that has been allocated
2. Manage and plan the marketing budget appropriately for Spawake across all categories
3. Responsible for supporting in the designing of new products with the Indian market in mind
4. Create and execute the marketing plan in sync with global brand guidelines and strategy
5. Strengthen the digital marketing initiative and own it completely
Training
6. Responsible for preparing the content of training
7. Responsible for developing the supervisors and beauty consultants and enhancing their understanding of the product including their skills to sell the product
8. Lead guide and effectively manage the product trainers
Sales
9. Own and deliver the sales target for ecommerce sales
10. Own and deliver the sales target for MT sales across the country
Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
- A graduate/Postgraduate with 1215 years of relevant experience in Skin care/Cosmetics /similar industry.
Good to have
- Knowledge of Marketing Strategy new market penetration market share product miX
- Gotomarket.
